On April 10^th, 2023, ULIS-VNU held the opening ceremony of the second-degree program in English language for the QH23.1.F2.E cohort at Vu Dinh Lien amphitheater.

At the beginning of the opening ceremony, Dr. Hoa Ngoc Son – Dean of the Faculty of Language Education & Professional Development announced the decision on the admission of 160 new students.

In her inaugural speech, Vice President Ha Le Kim Anh extended her congratulations to the new students and thanked them for trusting and choosing ULIS to continue their study.

Following that, the new students were introduced to the training program, regulations, schedule, benefits, etc. Their questions were also addressed in this session.
