On September 16^th, 2019, ULIS-VNU held an opening ceremony for new QH.2019 students of the second-degree program in English.

The ceremony was attended by Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long, representatives of the university’s departments, leaders and staff of the Faculty of Language Education & Professional Development, lecturers and new students of the program.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Hoa Ngoc Son, Dean of the Faculty of Language Education and Professional Development read the admission decision for 202 QH.2019 students of the second-degree program in English.

Delivering his speech at the opening ceremony, Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long expected that teachers of the Faculty would renovate their teaching so as to maxmize their support and increase students’ experiential learning. He also hoped the new students would be proactive, diligent and persistent in their study in the next 3 years.

On behalf of the new students, Ms. Phan Thi Thoa, who was working at the Finance Academy, expressed her joy when she officially became a member of ULIS.
