On April 24^th, 2019, the Faculty of Russian Language and Culture joined the Russian World Reading Office under the International School – VNU and FEFU, Russia to co-organize the Prom “FROM HANOI TO Moscow 2019”.

The Prom “FROM HANOI TO MOSCOW” or “ОТ ХАНОЯ ДО МОСКBЫ” is a program in the series of annual activities of ULIS. This event receives attention from a large number of ULIS students and many other high schools, institutes, centers, faculties, and departments that offer courses on the Russian language.

The Prom is a special program to further promote the love for the Russian language, the country, and the people of Russia among Vietnamese people, contributing to strengthening the long-lasting friendly relationship between Vietnam and Russia.

Apart from special performances, this year’s program also sums up and extends rewards to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in different fields, such as scientific research Prize, Best Russian Olympic Prize and Translator 2019 Prize. On the occasion of this year’s program, the Russian World Reading Room in Hanoi in cooperation with the Faculty of Russian Language & Culture released a special publication called ‘Collection of best entries in the “Best Translator” contest’ organized by the Faculty from the school year 2010-2011 up to present.
