As one of the notable teams from the Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture taking part in the contest, the team led by Ms. Dinh Hoai advanced to the Final round and finished in third place on 29th September, 2018.

This was the first time the contest held in Vietnam by the Confucious Institute – Hanoi Univerisity with the participants of 9 teams from universities in the North part of Vietnam. Despite that fact, the contest was well organised with stunning performances. It left an absolute impression for the audiences and received great reception from Chinese language lovers and the media as well.

What are the purposes of the contest?

The Chinese Language Students’ talent contest is held by the Confucious Institute to purely create opportunities for Chinese language learners to showcase their talents and their knowledge on Chinese people, language, and culture in an international arena.
