ULIS Book Fair in 2023 and talk on “Ho Chi Minh – a great example of reading” held
On May 17th, 2023, ULIS – VNU held the opening ceremony of ULIS Book Fair in 2023 and a talk show to spread the reading culture. The event attracted a large number of interested lecturers and students.
Delivering his speech at the event, Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long affirmed that the development of ULIS Book Fair over the past 3 years was not only a “movement” but also formed and spread the “culture” of reading among ULIS students.
Also at the event, the VNU Reading Culture Ambassador Contest 2023 was launched. Tentatively, students at all levels throughout the university can participate in this meaningful contest.
In addition, ULIS presented gift to the bookstores who have helped ULIS to facilitate the book fair. ULIS looked forward to continuing to cooperate with them in subsequent programs.
The talk show on reading culture was held after that. Prof. Hoang Chi Bao – speaker of the talk show delivered an inspirational sharing on the topic “Ho Chi Minh – A great example of reading”.
