On October 29^th, 2022, the 7th Cultural Festival “Vietnam – Russia 2022” took place at Campus 2 – University of Fire Prevention and Fighting (Hoa Son commune, Luong Son district, Hoa Binh province), attracting the largest number of participants ever.

The Festival was held on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Pushkin Institute in Hanoi. The event contributes to the promotion of Russian culture and language in Vietnam, and at the same time, introduces Vietnamese culture and people to Russians.

At this year’s Festival, ULIS – VNU ‘s 35 students of Russian at high school level and 15 students from the Faculty of Russian Language and Culture took part in all the competitions of the Festival.

Thanks to the diverse exam content, exciting activities and good teamwork, the ULIS team won the second prize in the National Study Competition under the theme “Learning about Russia and Vietnam”.
