On March 2nd, 2020, ULIS-VNU organized the opening ceremony of the Vietnamese language course for 10 staff members of Laos National Assembly.

Delivering his opening remarks, Vice President Lam Quang Dong extended his greetings to 10 students of this Vietnamese class. He believed that all the students would have a joyful and unforgettable time at ULIS, thereby strengthening the relationship between Vietnam and Laos.

Ms. Trinh Giang Huong – representative of Vietnam National Assembly extended her thanks to ULIS for facilitating the course to be run at ULIS.

Representing Laotian students, Mr. Phouthong PANYABOUN thanked Vietnam government, Vietnam National Assembly and ULIS for the warm reception and promised that all the Laotian students would do their best to complete the course.
