On July 20^th, 2021, ULIS-VNU in collaboration with Yen Bai Department of Education and Training held the opening ceremony of a training course to improve pedagogical capacity for English teachers in the province.

The training course to improve pedagogical capacity for English teachers Yen Bai Department of Education and Training is part of a series of activities to improve pedagogical capacity for nearly 1,600 English teachers from 7 provinces and cities under the task of fostering teachers assigned by the National Foreign Language Project to the University.

The fostering program includes such activities as theoretical exchange, practical sessions on lesson planning and teaching (micro teaching and practical fieldwork).

Delivering his speech at the opening ceremony, President Do Tuan Minh believed that after this program the teachers would not only improve their knowledge and skills but also know how to understand each other’s feelings, and have more passion for education.

On behalf of Yen Bai Department of Education and Training, Deputy Director Dao Anh Tuan hoped that the teachers participating in the training course would be proactive and active to meet the quality and effectiveness of the program.
