On February 28th, 2025, ULIS-VNU held an MOU exchange ceremony with the University of St. Andrews (Scotland).

Delivering her speech at the ceremony, Ms. Lesley Thirkell expressed her honor when ULIS-VNU and University of St. Andrews officially signed an MOU exchange. She hoped that this cooperation would be a great opportunity for implementing exchange programs among two sides including educational research, teaching and student exchange.

In response, representatives of ULIS-VNU expected to have access to training approaches and resources of University of St. Andrews in order to effectively implement exchange programs among two sides. Representatives of ULIS-VNU also hoped that University of St. Andrews would have support for the university in general and Faculty of English Language and Culture in particular for student exchange, educational research and training program development.

In the ceremony, representatives of two sides signed an MOU for cooperation on many fields.
