On April 16^th, 2024, within the framework of the ULIS Book Fair, ULIS-VNU held the launching ceremony of the 2024 Reading Culture Ambassador contest and the seminar “Reading in the digital era.”

Delivering his speech at the launching ceremony, Vice President Lam Quang Dong emphasized the meaning and benefits of reading books, and expressed his hope that all departments could implement their own activities to respond to Book and Reading Culture Day in Vietnam in accordance with the actual situation of each department to join hands in building and developing a reading movement, building a lifelong learning environment at ULIS.

At the program, the button-pressing ceremony was held to officially launch the 2024 Reading Culture Ambassador contest, promising to continue to receive many quality entries.

The program continued with a seminar on reading culture. Speaker Nguyen Quoc Vuong gave an inspirational reading speech on the topic “Reading in the digital era”.

During the exchange session, the speaker answered many interesting and useful questions about his experience in choosing books and reading books that suit his personal interests and majors.
