On April 29^th, 2022, ULIS-VNU held a ceremony to present Certificates of Merit from the Director of Hanoi Department of Public Security to the groups and individuals of the University with outstanding achievements in the all-people movement to protect national security in the city in 2021.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Khanh Ly – Head of the Security, Education and Science Division (PA03) read the commendation decision of the Director of Hanoi Department of Public Security to Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long and the Security team of Assets Management and Security Office for outstanding achievements in the all-people movement to protect national security in the city in 2021.

Addressing the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Hung, Deputy Director of PA03 acknowledged the efforts and commitments of ULIS in activities of maintaining security and order and defending the country.

Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long pledged to always raise awareness and be ready to coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security in the movement to protect the city security as well as other activities.
