On March 10th, 2021, ULIS – VNU held a briefing on tasks of the first quarter in 2021. Dr. Do Tuan Minh, ULIS President chaired the briefing. The briefing was also attended by Chairman of the Trade Union, Secretary of the Youth Union, representatives of departments of the University.

Delivering his speech at the briefing, President Do Tuan Minh highly appreciated the efforts of all the departments in completing their tasks in the first quarter of 2021 with outstanding achievements.

Reports on the performance in the first quarter of 2021 and the plan for the second quarter of 2021 and reports on the implementation of working and training regulations were delivered at the briefing.

Prominent results in the first quarter of 2021:

– Organized the Former Faculty and Staff’s Association Congress (December 28^th), the Student Union Congress (January 9^th), and deploy the Alumni Association activities;

– Deployed enrollment communication mission at all levels;

– Actively prepared to organize the UNC2021 conference;

– Deployed F.I.R.E project and activities during the ‘student month’;

– Celebrated the Lunar New Year.

Crucial tasks in the second quarter of 2021:

– Organize enrollment of all levels;

– Organize UNC2021 conference;

– Organize specialized fostering sessions for teachers and lecturers;

– Continue to renovate, repair and upgrade facilities to prepare for the new academic year.
