n the morning of February 11th, 2019, a delegation of VNU led by Vice President Nguyen Hong Son came to extend best wishes to ULIS in the New Lunar Year. The delegation was welcomed by the Governing Board and Party Committee members of ULIS.
In the concluding remarks, President Do Tuan Minh shared about the determination to build a common workspace area for the University’s lecturers so as to boost the state of happiness for each individual and make the working time at the University become the most meaningful time amongst each and every one.
On January 20th to 27th, 2019, ULIS-VNU in collaboration with Global Education Service Vietnam (GES Vietnam) organized Vietnamese Language & Culture course (also known as Study tour) for students of Beijing University of Technology (BIT), China.

On January 24th, 2019, ULIS-VNU carried out the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement with Laval University (Canada) to open the first French test center in Vietnam.
On January 25th, 2019, the ULIS-VNU held a closing ceremony on Vietnamese language and culture class for students of Keimyung University (Korea).
On January 24th, 2019, ULIS-VNU solemnly held a commencement to award Bachelor’s degrees to students graduating in December 2018.
On January 17th and 18th, 2019, FLSS successfully organized the first and second field trips for 400 out of 820 students of Grade 10 to Ngoc Linh Valley High Tech Eco-Park , Thach That, Hanoi.
On January 23rd, 2019, ULIS-VNU held a seminar under the topic “Exchange of translation issues” with the participation of over 40 people.
