On January 17^th, 2019, ULIS-VNU organized two workshops on ‘Information Technology Application in learning foreign languages.

Attending the seminar were leaders and specialists of the Academic Affairs Office, key-note speakers and about 100 students studying the Fast-track programs in Japanese, Korean and Chinese Language.

Speaking at the workshops, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Lan – Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office affirmed that IT played an important role in teaching and learning foreign languages, especially in the 4.0 era. She hoped the students would effectively use the knowledge and skills that they got at the workshops.

In the program, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan introduced to the students about “Backward thinking” – Methods of identifying problems or needs. At the same time, students were allowed to practice in groups to apply the methods and discuss ICT solutions to solve problems or needs.
