Korean language fostering course for teachers held

On July 6th, 2020, ULIS – VNU held the opening ceremony of a Korean language fostering course for teachers under AKS Core Project.

Addressing the opening ceremony, Vice President Lam Quang Dong said that in order to improve the Korean pedagogical skills and enhance experience exchange among Korean language teachers nationwide, ULIS organized a “Professional training course for Korean language teachers”.

The course is part of the project to build a focal university for Korean language research and training in Vietnam (ULIS AKS Core) sponsored by the Central Institute for Korean Studies (AKS). The course was delivered by leading professors and doctors in the field of Korean teaching methods in Korea and Vietnam. The course consists of 7 theoretical modules and 1 teaching practice module, and lasts 3 months, starting from July 6th to September 30th, 2020 with the participation of 20 students.
