Thanks to my friends, buddies and teachers. I enjoyed a lot in Vietnam. I was nervous for the first day because I couldn’t speak Vietnamese. However, my buddy Linh was so kind and could speak Japanese well. So I thought I could enjoy 14 days in Vietnam. The most memorable place in Vietnam to me is Danang. I enjoyed the markets and the Lantern Festival. I remember getting on the boat with my friends and witnessed a beautiful view from that boat. I was moved. Studying Vietnamese with English is so fun. I could use the language to buy things and order food.

For instance, “Tôi muốn một bánh mỳ trứng pate”.

In Vietnam I could not only learn the language and culture but also feel the kindness of people. If I have a chance to come back here again, I will definitely grasp that. Thank ULIS so much for those 2 weeks.
