On November 30^th, 2023, ULIS-VNU held a meeting with Dr.  Arthur McKeown from Carleton University, USA, coming to work with the University on a number of professional activities and academic exchange between students of ULIS and Carleton University.

Delivering her speech at the meeting, Vice President Ha Le Kim Anh welcomed Dr. Arthur McKeown to ULIS and thanked him for his enthusiasm in proposing cooperation activities and sharing collaboration opportunities between the two sides.

At the meeting, the two sides agreed on important activities to coordinate together in the time to come. The exchange results focused on the following points:

1. Developing an exchange plan for students from both sides;
2. Inviting Dr. Arthur McKeown to be a visiting lecturer for several courses;
3.  Proposing to cooperate with the Carleton University to provide cultural exchange training to ULIS students and staff.
