On December 5^th, 2023, ULIS – VNU held a meeting with delegations from Vernadsky Crimean Federal University and Herzen University (Russia).

At the meeting, Dr. Luu Manh Kien – Director of the Cooperation and Development Office, expressed his desire to receive close support from Vernadsky Crimean Federal University and Herzen University in activities such as exchanging students and lecturers, organizing cultural exchange programs, etc.

In response, representatives of Vernadsky Crimean Federal University and Herzen University spoke highly of the initial effectiveness of the cooperation between all parties. The Russian universities also proposed that the two sides actively cooperate with each other through organizing exchange courses to usher in the best learning and development opportunities for students from Vietnam and Russia.
