National conference on Arabic Language and Culture in the context of exchanges, integration and development
On December 18th, 2019, on the occasion of the International Day of Arabic, ULIS – VNU held a National conference under the topic “Arabic Language and Culture in the Context of exchanges, integration and development ”.
The conference was attended by Vice President Lam Quang Dong; former ambassador of Vietnam to some Arab countries Nguyen Quang Khai; Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Office Do Hoang Ngan; Management Board, lecturers and students of the Division of Arabic Language & Culture.
Delivering his speech at the opening of the conference, Vice President Lam Quang Dong hoped that the conference would be a good opportunity for lecturers to exchange and discuss academic research as well as an opportunity for students to learn more about Arabic language and culture.
At the national conference on Arabic language and culture in the context of exchanges, integration and development, 10 papers were presented. All the topics focused on Arabic language and culture.
The papers have all expressed scholars’ enthusiasm with their topics.
