On October 28^nd, 2019, Political Academy of the People’s Police of Vietnam cooperated with ULIS – VNU to hold the opening ceremony of the in-service program in English for lecturers and staff of Political Academy of the People’s Police of Vietnam.

The ceremony was attended by Major General Duong Nhu Hong, Vice President of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Dr. Nguyen Xuan Long, Vice President of ULIS; representatives of functional departments, teachers of Political Academy of the People’s Police of Vietnam and ULIS, and students of the course.

Delivering his speech at the ceremony, Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long expressed his honor and joy to have the opportunity to join Political Academy of the People’s Police of Vietnam to offer such program for lecturers and staff of the Academy.

Warmly congratulating the new students who had been trusted by the Academy to attend this program, Major General Duong Nhu Hong required each student to be fully diligent to achieve the best results after completing the program.
