In July and August, 2021, ULIS-VNU, in collaboration with Departments of Education and Training of numerous provinces, held the training course to improve pedagogical capacity for English teachers.

The training course to improve pedagogical capacity for English is a series of activities to improve pedagogical capacity for nearly 1,600 English teachers from 7 provinces and centrally-run cities under the task of fostering teachers which the National Foreign Language Project has assigned to ULIS.

The training program includes such activities as theoretical exchange, practical sessions on lesson planning and teaching (micro teaching and practical fieldwork).

Delivering his speech, President Do Tuan Minh believed that after this program, the teachers would not only improve their knowledge and skills but also know how to understand each other’s feelings, and have more passion for education.

On behalf of Hai Duong Department of Education and Training, Deputy Director Nguyen Thi Tien hoped that the teachers participating in the training course would be proactive and active to meet the quality and effectiveness of the program.
