Opening of the training course “Exploitation of open learning resources of the Online Professional English Network (OPEN) in teaching English and enhancing foreign language teaching methods”
On February 19th, 2022, ULIS-VNU held the opening ceremony of the training course “Exploitation of open learning resources of the Online Professional English Network (OPEN) in teaching English and enhancing foreign language teaching methods.”
At the beginning of the opening ceremony, President Do Tuan Minh emphasized the importance of the course and affirmed that the students after the course would gain a lot of knowledge and skills that would help them to not only improve their professional skills, but also become ones who share and spread those knowledge and skills to a large number of interested people.
Then, Mr. Jerrold Frank, Director of the Regional English Language Office (RELO), the US Embassy in Viet Nam – Partner of the course, thanked ULIS for coordinating with the Office to organize the course and wished success to all students.
Right after that, the first content of the course was deployed and shared to the students. The course will take place in 3 face-to-face training sessions in addition to other useful online training activities.
