On July 15^th, 2024, ULIS – VNU held the opening ceremony of the Vietnamese language and Vietnamese cultural experience course for students of Chengchi University in 2024.

Delivering his speech at the ceremony, Vice President Hoa Ngoc Son extended his greetings to 20 students of Chengchi University participating in the Vietnamese language course and experiencing Vietnamese culture at ULIS.

Mr. Tran Huu Tri – Head of the Department of Vietnamese Agriculture and Culture affirmed that the course not only shared knowledge about Vietnamese language and culture but also brought practical experiences about Vietnamese people.

Ms. Phan Thi Thanh – Representative of Chengchi University extended her deep thanks to the leaders of the two schools and the Department of Vietnamese Agriculture and Culture for creating conditions for 20 students to have the opportunity to come to Vietnam to study and exchange.

The Vietnamese language and Vietnamese culture experience course for Chengchi University students lasts from July 15th to 26th. In the program, in addition to learning knowledge in the classroom, students can also participate in activities such as: visiting the Women’s Museum, visiting Duong Lam Ancient Village, duck riding in West Lake, visiting Ha Long Bay, visiting Tran Quoc Pagoda, watching puppet shows, cooking Vietnamese dishes, chatting and working in groups with Vietnamese students and so on.
