Seminar on “Assessment of learning outcomes: How to design rubrics and scorecards”

On May 5th, 2023, the Community of Practice (COP) for Quality Assurance in collaboration with the Personnel Organization Office held a seminar under the topic “Assessment of learning outcomes: How to design rubrics and scorecards”, which is within the framework of a series of seminars on designing teaching programs according to the output standards of the COP.

The seminar was organized in a hybrid form creating an academic playground for ULIS staff and lecturers to share and discuss how to implement and deploy measurement and evaluate how well learners meet the output standards of their course, thereby applying and perfecting the course being taught, contributing to improving the quality of training.

During the seminar, teachers participated in two sharing sessions. The seminar brought much useful and highly applicable knowledge, meeting the requirements and desires of staff, lecturers and learners throughout the University.

After that, the participants had the opportunity to ask questions, exchange and contribute ideas and suggestions to the speakers.

The seminar attracted more than 80 participants.
