On April 25^th, 2023, ULIS-VNU, the seminar on “businesses’ demand on human resources” took place to provide teachers with opportunity to connect, exchange and share experiences about the creative job market and international integration orientation in the current context.

Delivering his speech at the opening ceremony, Vice President Lam Quang Dong thanked Ms Nguyen Thi Thuy – the speaker – for coming and sharing her valuable knowledge and experience at the seminar. The Vice President believed that the teachers would get more information and useful suggestions from the seminar.

In this seminar, speaker Nguyen Thi Thuy pointed out 3 reasons that come from physical, mental and professional causes leading to the current situation of human resources being weak and passive at work as well as suggested some solutions to supplement knowledge resources for students.

The participants also listened to enthusiastic sharing from the speaker on how to build and foster soft skills for students as well as choose a partner suitable to the mission and goals of the university to ensure output quality to meet the employment needs of today’s society.
