On September 19th, 2021, ULIS – VNU in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ninh province organized a seminar on developing pedagogical capacity for foreign language teachers at all levels in Quang Ninh province.

Delivering his speech at the opening of the seminar, Deputy Director of Quang Ninh Department of Education and Training Nguyen Van Tue affirmed the positive and new points that the seminar would bring to attendees on an online platform, creating the best conditions for all foreign language teachers in the province to participate.

President Do Tuan Minh affirmed that the seminar would be a premise for the connection, empathy and sharing between all managers, teachers, and foreign language teachers of ULIS and Quang Ninh province, thereby opening up more opportunities to support and help each other.

After that, the attendees listened to presentations from 3 speakers from ULIS.

The seminar received a lot of positive feedback from the attendees.
