The University will pay more attention to assisting localities, meeting social needs, which is among its key activities, and the Center for Continuing Education of Vinh Phuc is an important partner.

On November 11^th, 2018, ULIS-VNU signed a cooperation accord with the Center for Continuing Education of Vinh Phuc.

Attending the ceremony were President Do Tuan Minh, Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long, Chairman of the Consulting Cooperation & Development Council Nguyen Lan Trung, representatives of units. From The Center for Continuing Education of Vinh Phuc Province side, there was Director Le Anh Cuong and representatives of units, staff and lecturers of the Center took part in the ceremony.

At the ceremony, President Do Tuan Minh and Director Le Anh Cuong signed the memorandum of understanding. Accordingly, ULIS and the Center for Continuing Education of Vinh Phuc unanimously cooperated in such areas as training and fostering knowledge; organizing student exchange, seminars, conferences; sharing experiences and scientific research. The agreement is valid for 5 years.

Mr. Le Anh Cuong affirmed that the Center would like to cooperate with the University in implementing many foreign language training and fostering programs, not only inter-course and diploma courses, but also classes with the basis of awarding certificates.

President Do Tuan Minh affirmed that the direction of the University in the coming time was to pay more attention to assisting localities.

The ceremony finished by a friendly football match between the two units. The match result was 2-2, which has contributed to tightening the relationship between ULIS  and the Center for Continuing Education of Vinh Phuc Province.
