On April 24th, 2018, the University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (ULIS – VNU) held a signing ceremony of cooperation agreement with GES (Global Education Service Co, Ltd).

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Do Tuan Minh – ULIS’s President, Dr. Do Minh Hoang and Dr. Bui Dinh Thang – Director and Vice Director of Cooperation and Development Office, Dr. Pham Minh Tien – Dean of the Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture (FCLC). From GES, Mr. Li Xinli – General Business Director of XIANGFEI Global Education Group/General Director of GES Vietnam and Ms. Do Thi Bich Lien – Chief of Representative Office of GES Vietnam.

GES Vietnam is a member of Global Education Service Co, Ltd specializing in international education. At the ceremony, representatives of the two sides signed a memorandum of joint cooperation in educational activities such as introducing partners, scholarships,etc.


Addressing at the ceremony, President Minh and Mr. Li both expressed their expectations on the potential of this relationship, which was officially concretized in written form. The signing ceremony of cooperation agreement between ULIS and GES successfully came to an end and promised more cooperative opportunities between the two sides in the forthcoming time.
