The Graduation ceremony of International Partnership Masters Programme courses 23 and 24
Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof Ngo Minh Thuy – ULIS’s Vice President, Prof. Rosemary Orlando and Prof.Gary Carkin – representatives of Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), the US, Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy – Vice Director of VNU’s Academic Affairs Department, representatives of units of the university, lecturers, the newly graduated and their relatives.
At the ceremony, Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy congratulated new graduates of Master of Arts in English Teaching Methodology (ETL) program which was jointly run by ULIS and SNHU.
“Having been implemented since 2017, up to now, there have been 507 students attending this programme. We believe that, having chosen the partnership programme run by two prestigious universities of Vietnam and the US, all students have been provided with the best conditions for improving professional qualification as well as research skills.
The school highly appreciates the postgraduates’s efforts of the Partnership Masters Programme and sincerely congratulates 37 postgraduates who successfully completed this training program to get a master’s degree. We hope that all the knowledge and skills you have acquired from this programme will be a significant part that asist you in contributing to the national education as well as building your own career”. Vice President Ngo Minh Thuy said and greeted Happy New Year to all learners and delegates.
Representing Southern New Hampshire , Prof. Rosemary Orlando and Prof. Gary Carkin also noted the effort in studying and researching of 23rd – 24th courses’ postgraduates. Both professors believe that with a master’s degree, learners will gain more opportunities to sharpen their skills and develop future career.
On behalf of the newly graduated, new Master Le Thanh Quy shared his tough but meaningful time of study experiences. Like other postgraduates, he is proud to be a student of an highly-qualified International Partnership Programme under ULIS. He sincerely thanked to all the lecturers and promised to apply the knowledge that he had learnt at school effectively.
Postgraduates of the 23rd – 24th courses presented pictures and souvenirs to VNU, ULIS, Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) and SNHU to memorize a memorable time.
The Graduation ceremony of International Partnership Masters Programme Courses 23 and 24 closed in nostalgia, but also “sowed” the joyful beliefs into the radiant future awaiting the new masters.
