On July 17^th, 2024, ULIS-VNU in collaboration with the National Foreign Language Project and the Regional English Language Office – US Embassy in Hanoi (RELO) implemented Professional training program on “Project-based teaching method”.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung – Dean of the Faculty of English Language Teacher Education hoped that the lecturers would gain a lot of useful knowledge to not only improve their professional qualifications but also apply it to their own teaching process.

During the program, teachers listened to in-depth discussions about “Project-based teaching method (PBL)” and participated in many interesting activities. The PBL method aims to help learners develop knowledge and practical skills; increase teamwork ability, critical thinking and promote 21st century skills. Through the activities, teachers will grasp the PBL method and how to apply it to their own teaching work.
