Notably, in July 2025, the first short-term summer course for 15 ULIS students at Keimyung University was successfully held.

He noted that Keimyung has long been a preferred destination for Vietnamese students.

During the event, both sides officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the summer program, marking a new milestone in bilateral cooperation and creating more opportunities for ULIS students to study and experience abroad. The agreement also lays the foundation for further collaboration in training and research.

On this occasion, Keimyung University awarded a six-month scholarship worth nearly VND 50 million to a lecturer of the Faculty of Korean Language & Culture, while Mr. Choi Dong Woo, Director of COSAT and an alumnus of Keimyung University, donated a VND 100 million scholarship to students of the Faculty.
