On Febuary 7th, 2023, ULIS-VNU organized a Commencement for students graduating in February 2023.

Delivering her speech at the ceremony, Vice President Ha Le Kim Anh congratulated 86 students. The Vice President reminded everyone to be grateful, to seize their opportunities and accept failure to overcome the challenges in the future.

Representing all the graduates, Nguyen Duc Tung expressed his deep gratitude to the teachers who had accompanied him throughout his university life. 

At the ceremony, Vice President Ha Le Kim Anh represented the school, conferred Bachelor’s degrees on the students. The school also awarded students who completed the course with flying colors.
