On April 14th, 2024, ULIS – VNU held the “Students’ Festival for Innovation, Research and Entrepreneurship 2024 – ULIS Fire Day 7.0”. The program received enthusiastic responses from a large number of the University’s students.

The Students’ Festival for Innovation, Research, and Entrepreneurship 2024 is an opportunity to summarize and evaluate the innovation, research, and entrepreneurship activities in the 2023-2024 school year of the University’s students. At the same time, this is an opportunity to spread the spirit of innovation, research and entrepreneurship among students and equip them with knowledge and skills about startup. The festival also created an opportunity to connect teachers and students, current students and former students, the University and its partners, as well as promote the creativity and talent of the University’s students.

Delivering his speech at the event, President Nguyen Xuan Long affirmed that the development of innovation, research and entrepreneurship activities of students is always considered by ULIS as an important task.

Also in the program, the ULIS Innovation Awards in 2024 were presented to 12 university students, 1 middle school student and 3 high school students with outstanding achievements in innovation, research, and entrepreneurship activities of the University in the last school year. This is the recognition and encouragement for them to try harder.

At ULIS FIRE Day 2024, a ceremony to launch innovation, research, and entrepreneurship activities for 2024-2025 school year was held.

Within the festival, many interesting activities for students took place such as the Finale of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition 2024”; Festival of ULIS Junior Ambassador; ULIS Book Fair; experiential activities held by faculties/divisions, UMS, FLSS and student clubs of the University; etc.
