The second quarter of 2025 witnessed a wide range of remarkable activities at ULIS, including: the development of detailed plans to enhance support, services, and management for undergraduate and graduate students; the continued effective implementation of the ULIS Hub – a project connecting scholars and employers, and ULIS Connect – a support platform for foreign language education at the general education level; as well as the drafting of a detailed outline for the University’s proposal on regular expenditure autonomy starting from 2026. Looking ahead to the third quarter of 2025, the University will carry out several important missions, such as: ensuring full and high-quality enrollment across a l levels of education; developing and implementing new key strategic projects; and actively conducting activities of the Communications Subcommittee, the Fundraising Committee, the Arts & Culture Committee, and the Logistics Support Committee in celebration of the University’s 70th Anniversary.
