On May 24^th, 2023, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Vietnam – H.E. Mr. Bader Almatrooshi paid a visit to ULIS.

At the meeting, President Do Tuan Minh expressed his deep gratitude to the UAE Embassy in general and Ambassador Bader Almatrooshi in particular for giving much love and attention to the Arabic language teaching activities at ULIS. He also hoped that the UAE Ambassador and Embassy would continue to support activities of the University as well as the Division of Arabic Language and Culture in the future.

Mr. Bader Almatrooshi spoke highly of ULIS students’ level and ability to use Arabic as well as the training quality of the Division of Arabic Language and Culture. He also affirmed that the UAE Embassy was ready to participate in organizing and implementing many specific cooperation activities with the University in the future, contributing to the development of relations not only between the two sides but also the relationship between the two countries in education.

After the meeting, Ambassador Bader Almatrooshi visited the Division office and Sheikh Zayed library.
