On March 11^th, 2023, at the People’s Public Security University of Technology and Logistics, a Council-level Scientific Conference took place under the topic “Building and developing a learning environment whereby foreign languages are used at people’s police schools”. Receiving the invitation to attend, ULIS lecturers and staff had two presentations to share at the conference.

At the conference, ULIS contributed 2 presentations on related topics. The two reports brought a breath of fresh air to the conference with very useful and interesting sharing about the current context of foreign language teaching and learning, requirements for university lecturers. Also, new courses, innovation activities and application of information technology in foreign language teaching and learning being implemented effectively at ULIS were shared to all the participants.
