In order to develop communication skills for its staff, contributing to improving the brand of each department in particular and the University in general, on August 31^st, 2021, ULIS-VNU held a workshop on handling communication crises on social media.

Delivering his speech at the workshop, Vice President Nguyen Xuan Long said that the communication activities in the University had recorded many achievements in the past with more professionalism and wider coverage. However, communication requires updating and quick response. Therefore, this workshop was organized to help teachers gain more knowledge and skills to handle possible crises.

The workshop was divided into two main parts and attracted about 120 participants.
