The Office of Research, Science and Innovation is commissioned to do the following tasks:

• Facilitate and manage the implementation of research and innovation projects of the University;
• Build research capacity for the University’s staff;
• Provide consultancy to the President and the University Board on developing and exercising policies on research, science and innovation;
• Develop long-term and short-term, annual and ad-hoc action plans to address the university’s goals of research, publication, science and innovation;
• Manage the university’s intellectual property;
• Manage and conduct information and communication on the university’s research science and innovation policies and practices;
• Provide support to research and innovation groups;
• Facilitate collaboration with partners in research, science and innovation;
• Organize scientific conferences, seminars and workshops at all levels.
