On August 2^nd, 2024, ULIS – VNU held an exchange with the Egyptian Trade Union of Education and Scientific Research, one of the Vietnam Education Trade Union’s partners.

During the meeting, the Vietnamese and Egyptian sides introduced and shared about union work at universities in the two countries, in which ULIS Trade Union is an advanced example in Vietnam. At the same time, the delegation also discussed training models and educational methods in each country.

Delivering his speech at the exchange, President Nguyen Xuan Long expressed his desire to increase exchanges with the Egyptian Trade Union of Education and Scientific Research, asking the unit for support in expert and student exchanges, staff training and scholarship opportunities.

Representing the Egyptian Trade Union of Education and Scientific Rese, Mr. Fathy Abdalazeem Mohamed Alsid expressed his support for the above ideas.

At the meeting, representatives of the parties exchanged gifts, took souvenir photos and visited the ULIS campus.
