On December 6th, 2018, 30 VNU’s students who achieved excellent achievements in studying and researching were honored with scholarships, including 6 ULIS’s students from the Faculty of English Language Teacher Education and the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Vice President of VNU Nguyen Hong Son highly appreciated the humanity of the Pony Chung Scholarship Program. These scholarships would be rewards and encouragements for VNU’s students.

Representing 30 students who received Pony Chung scholarships, Luc Kieu Trang, a student of the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture – ULIS, thanked to Pony Chung scholarship for the opportunity they had offered. She claimed that the scholarship would be a big motivation for her to strive harder in the future.
