On July 4^th, 2024, ULIS-VNU and the University of Medicine and Pharmacy – VNU jointly organized a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement on teaching French for staff, lecturers, graduate students and students of University of Medicine and Pharmacy – VNU.

Opening the meeting, President of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Le Ngoc Thanh hoped that the Faculty of French Language and Culture in particular and ULIS ​​in general would create the best conditions to help officials, lecturers, students and staff of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy improve their French language skills for practical application in their majors.

Delivering his speech at the meeting, President ​​Nguyen Xuan Long pledged to build a combination of study and extracurricular activities, French clubs, and open reading rooms to improve language proficiency for students and hoped that the cooperation agreement between the two schools would be highly effective.

In response, Vice President of University of Medicine and Pharmacy Pham Nhu Hai thanked ULIS ​​for their enthusiastic support and affirmed that the University would well implement the proposed agreements.

At the end of the meeting, representatives of the two schools signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in organizing the French teaching program at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
