Culinary cultural experience sesstion for 100 students of ‘Understanding of Asian Community module’ held
On October 15th, 2020, 100 ULIS students had a culinary experience session within the framework of the Understanding of Asian Community module.
At the session, Ms. Chu Thi Bich – Head of Department of Vietnamese Language & Culture introduced to students the culinary culture of countries and regions in the world such as Japan, Korea, China, India, Middle East, Russia, etc.
Besides theory, in the program, students learned about culinary knowledge through an interesting quiz game.
In addition, the students directly experienced and enjoyed dishes such as spring rolls (Vietnam), pizza (Italy), dark noodles (Korea – China), dumpling (China), to name just a few.
