The culinary ritual is called Houchoshiki, a form of slaughtering and filleting fish without touching it.
At the end of the ceremony, Vice President Hoa Ngoc Son presented flowers and gifts as a sincere thank you to the Japanese artists who took the time to perform at ULIS.
ULIS hopes that the ceremony will contribute to deepening mutual cultural understanding between Japan and Vietnam.
