On June 27th, 2025, the Faculty of International Education at the University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University successfully held the Final Round of the Voice Up! 2025 competition. This meaningful event, designed exclusively for students of the Faculty, aimed to foster confidence, critical thinking, and practical English communication skills. The competition attracted the enthusiastic participation of a large number of students.

In attendance at the final round were Dr. Hoa Ngoc Son – Vice President of ULIS, representatives from the Faculty of International Education, invited guests, nine competing teams, and a vibrant audience of supporters.

In his opening remarks, Vice President Dr. Hoa Ngoc Son praised the value of Voice Up! 2025, encouraging the finalists and expressing his belief that the competition would bring enriching experiences to all participants.

Organized by the Faculty of International Education, Voice Up! 2025 was designed to promote English learning and teamwork among students from the Economics – Finance program at ULIS. The competition provided a platform for students to interact, communicate, collaborate, and demonstrate their ability to use English effectively in real-world contexts. Participants were encouraged to work in teams, explore solutions, exchange ideas, and strive for common goals.

After an intense selection process through the preliminary and semi-final rounds, the top 9 teams advanced to the final, bringing diverse perspectives, sharp reasoning, and contagious energy to the stage.

Each presentation went beyond a simple language contest — it was a showcase of intellect, self-expression, and emotional persuasion. Students were empowered to speak their minds and convince the audience through logic, clarity, and passion.

Adding to the event’s emotional atmosphere was a special artistic performance by young officers from the Political Officer School. Their stirring melodies, filled with military pride and national spirit, created a solemn yet uplifting ambiance. Their participation symbolized meaningful collaboration among educational institutions and highlighted the values of humanity, solidarity, and youthful ideals

The final round of Voice Up! 2025 concluded with many unforgettable moments of pride and inspiration. More than just a competition, the event became a cultural exchange, a celebration of diversity, and a powerful affirmation of personal voice in today’s world.
