On January 20^th, 2021, ULIS-VNU held a training program on office reception and external relation skills for its staff.

During the program, over 60 teachers were provided with knowledge about courtesy in foreign contact, culture and costumes, and many other external relation skills.

Many specific diplomatic principles and behavioral examples were introduced to the participants.

Closing the program, ULIS staff gave positive feedback on the knowledge and teaching methods that they experienced. The shared knowledge and skills are expected to help teachers in their work in the future.
