Meeting with Thanh Tri District Education Department
On April 6th, 2022, ULIS-VNU had a meeting with the Education Department of Thanh Tri district (Hanoi) on discussing opportunities to deploy cooperation to improve the quality of teaching and learning foreign languages in Thanh Tri.
During the meeting, the representative of the University shared about local cooperation programs that ULIS has been implementing, such as Ba Vi Project, Lang Son Project, Thanh Hoa Project, which all achieved positive results.
On the side of Thanh Tri District Education Department, Mr. Pham Van Ngat – Head of the Department shared about the situation, achievements and future objectives in general education and foreign teaching in Thanh Tri.
Through the discussion about the importance of foreign languages in the educational system from the lower secondary level, Thanh Tri side highly appreciated the prospects of cooperation between the two units in the near future and proposed suggestions on other activities which can be done immediately.
