On June 22^nd, 2023, Mr. Yoon Suk Yeol – President of the Republic of Korea and his spouse visited VNU and exchanged with Korean language students on the occasion of the President’s official visit to Vietnam on June 22^nd – 24^th, 2023.

Delivering his speech at the reception, Mr. Yoon Suk Yeol – President of the Republic of Korea expressed his pleasure to visit Vietnam and VNU. He commented that VNU and Seoul National University of Korea are similar in terms of their importance in training talents for the countries.

On this occasion, the President and his spouse participated in the program “Talking with Vietnamese learners of Korean” at Sunwah Hall and answered questions from young Vietnamese about the beauty of Korean culture. Students from ULIS, FLSS and UMS participated in this program, and some of them were honored to talk in Korean directly with the President.
