On October 2^nd, 2021, ULIS-VNU held the inauguration ceremony of the academic year 2021-2022 virtually to celebrate the new school year and welcome more than 1,600 new students of the QH.2021 cohort.

At the inauguration ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Lan, Director of the Academic Affairs Office announced the decision to recognize QH. 2021 students as part of ULIS.

Delivering his speech at the ceremony, President Do Tuan Minh extended his congratulations to more than 1,600 “warriors” who had chosen ULIS, a school full of sharing, inspiration, and unity between lecturers and students.

Representing the new students, Le Chi Nghia, a freshman at the Faculty of Chinese Language and Culture, said that becoming a ULISer is a pride, a result of relentless efforts.

At the end of the inauguration ceremony, ULIS Now, an application exclusively for students of the University, was launched.

The ceremony ended in an atmosphere of excitement, joy and enthusiasm to welcome the new school year.
