On the morning of February 23, 2026 (the 7th day of the first lunar month of the Year of Binh Ngo), at the University of Languages and International Studies – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the university’s leadership, together with faculty members, staff, and employees, attended the Spring Gathering and the meeting to launch the 2026 operational plan. The event took place in a formal, warm atmosphere, filled with determination for the new year ahead.

First, at Room 410 – A1, the university’s leadership attended the New Year meeting and discussed the implementation of the 2026 plans and tasks. The meeting was attended by members of the Party Executive Committee, members of the Party committees’ divisions, secretaries of Party cells, the Secretary of the Youth Union, and invited guests.

During the meeting, the university leadership extended New Year greetings to all key staff members and emphasized the major orientations and priorities for 2026.

Following this session, the Spring Gathering for the Year of Binh Ngo 2026 was held at Vu Dinh Lien Hall, with the participation of the university leadership, faculty members, administrative staff working in functional departments, personnel from training units working under administrative schedules, and invited guests.

The program took place in a vibrant early-spring atmosphere, filled with warm wishes, friendly handshakes, and strong confidence in a promising new year. On behalf of the university leadership, a representative expressed sincere appreciation to all faculty members, staff, and employees for their dedication and contributions throughout the past year. The leadership also conveyed their expectations that the ULIS community would continue to promote responsibility, innovation, and solidarity in order to successfully accomplish the objectives and tasks set for the coming year.

The Spring Gathering served as a meaningful occasion to strengthen collective bonds, spread positive energy, and inspire a spirit of readiness for action in 2026.

With the momentum of the new spring season, the entire ULIS community is determined to enter the Year of Binh Ngo 2026 with a proactive, creative, and resilient mindset, continuing to affirm the university’s position and reputation within the Vietnamese education system.
