The opening ceremony of training courses for officials and teachers of the People’s Police Academy
In this program, there are 40 trainees studying the advanced pedagogical course and 25 trainees taking course in applying ICT in teaching in foreign languages. All the students expressed their enthusiasm for the curriculum that had been written for the courses.
On November 21st, 2018, ULIS-VNU held a ceremony to open training courses on advanced pedagogy and ICT training in teaching foreign languages to teachers of the People’s Police Academy.
Attending the opening ceremony were Dean and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Language Education & Professional Development Hoa Ngoc Son and Tran Thi Thu Hien, Director of the Center for Information Technology, communication & Learning recourses Khoa Anh Viet, and the students participating in the two courses.
Delivering his remark at the ceremony, Dr. Hoa Ngoc Son sent greetings to all officials and lecturers participating in the program. The Dean also shared some necessary information about the courses as well as expressed the expectation and confidence in the diligence from the students.
After that, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages Tran Thi Thu Hien and Director of the Center for Information Technology, communication & Learning recourses Khoa Anh Viet gave two presentations on the contents of the two courses.
The students were then instructed to visit the classrooms where they would be able to learn knowledge from qualified teachers. The courses were officially started on November 22nd, 2018.
